Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately take and process customer orders using POS systems
- Prepare and present food/beverages according to quality standards
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings and weekends (minimum 3 shifts/week)
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- 18+ years of age (required for alcohol service)
