Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service for 4-6 tables per shift
- Expertly navigate our craft cocktail and wine menu
- Process orders accurately through our POS system
- Manage cash handling and payment transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak hours
- Maintain clean, organized dining station
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hour shifts
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer/cocktails
- Exceptional multitasking under pressure
- Positive attitude with team-first mentality
- Availability 3-4 evenings weekly (Thu-Sun)
