- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety
- Support special evening events and promotions
Qualifications
- Evening availability minimum 20 hours/week
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
