- Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to evening shoppers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards during evening shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Uphold safety and security protocols during all closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (typically 4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive location
