Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Efficiently process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sales aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic POS system proficiency and math accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
