Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain brand standards
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas
- Participate in evening closing procedures including restocking and securing the store
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including evenings (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to and from work location

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
