- Provide outstanding customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Operate as a keyholder during assigned shifts, ensuring store security
- Train new associates on store operations and customer service standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and communication
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
