- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and price markdowns
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and patience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to/from workplace
