Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries and location navigation

- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with evening shift team to achieve daily sales targets
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
