Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store and via phone during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure store readiness
- Assist with inventory management and store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
