Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with closing team to ensure store readiness for next day
- Participate in evening events and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility with weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan ID for age-restricted product handling
