Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations using product knowledge and styling expertise
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards including window displays and in-store arrangements
- Manage inventory control and replenishment systems for high-value merchandise
- Collaborate with floor team to maintain premium store ambiance and cleanliness
- Support digital integration initiatives including mobile checkout and clienteling tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Availability for flexible evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Valid DC work authorization and reliable transportation
