- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth during evening shifts
- Handle multi-line phone systems and manage reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Perform nightly reconciliation of accounts and generate reports
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
