Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and venue operations using provided equipment
- Operate ticket scanners, crowd control barriers, and communication devices
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional guest service at VIP sections, entrances, and activity zones
- Collaborate with team leads to execute flawless event experiences
- Report maintenance issues for provided equipment
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions precisely with provided gear
- Positive attitude under pressure
