Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate galas
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols per venue requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-energy interactions
- Operate specialized event equipment (AV, registration systems, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for flawless event execution
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and professional conduct

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various conditions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures and crowd management
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Experience with RFID scanners or event tech platforms a plus
