- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Prepare end-of-night reports and secure all guest data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure evening shifts
- Valid NV driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
