Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins and check-outs using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP requests with exceptional professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for guest needs
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with diplomacy and efficiency
- Maintain lobby area standards and monitor security protocols
- Assist with event coordination and group check-in processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible evening availability (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport runs)
- Basic knowledge of Tampa attractions and transportation
