In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our evening clientele. While this position supports our physical office, we offer a remote-friendly policy, allowing you to work from home for administrative tasks or during your shift when the office is quiet.

Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Professionally greet visitors, clients, and employees entering the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Handle incoming calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or taking detailed messages.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution, package logging, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Data Entry & Admin: Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital filing systems.
- Security & Access: Monitor security access logs and assist in ensuring the safety and security of the building during evening hours.
- Client Relations: Act as the face of Tulsa Business Solutions, addressing client needs and resolving basic inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- Remote Flexibility: Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid or remote-friendly work structure.
