Job Summary
As the Evening Receptionist, you will be the face of our company during off-hours. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors and callers while maintaining a secure and organized front office environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Professionally greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite demeanor, taking accurate messages and routing calls efficiently.
- Mail & Courier Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, filing, and prepare daily reports as required by management.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access points and enforce after-hours security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Desk Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends if required.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
