As the first point of contact for our evening clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand. You will enjoy flexible evening shifts (typically 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and the opportunity to develop new skills without the need for prior extensive experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage reception duties including signing in guests, managing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to client emails and in-person inquiries with accuracy and a helpful attitude.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments as needed.
- Security Access: Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory due to our paid training.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for evening shifts.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
