Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations efficiently from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries regarding local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Process payments and handle minor guest complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
