Job Description
The Evening Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, checking in guests and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and professional at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining databases.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone with a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with the morning team to ensure a smooth handover of daily operations.
Qualifications
