- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Monitor building security and access control systems to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) on a flexible schedule.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
