As the Evening Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's image and ensuring smooth operations during our evening shift. You will interact with a diverse range of professionals and visitors, making your role essential to our daily workflow.
Responsibilities
- Professional Frontline Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors, clients, and vendors during evening hours, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
- Switchboard Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently, managing the switchboard with professionalism and accuracy.
- Visitor Management: Sign in and check out guests, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting room usage.
- Administrative Assistance: Handle incoming mail, distribute packages, and perform light data entry and filing tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front lobby and reception area are tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors or delivery services that arrive during the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience is preferred; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professional conduct.
