Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during evening hours, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly, transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Greet guests, vendors, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor building security, including checking IDs and logging visitors into the security system.
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining the reception area's cleanliness.
- Assist in coordinating evening meetings, including setting up rooms and preparing refreshments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
