- Manage front desk operations during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and reservations via proprietary software
- Answer multi-line phone calls and route communications efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area appearance
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
