- Manage multi-line phone system and direct communications efficiently
- Coordinate with concierge and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine reception area standards
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately
- Support event coordination and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
