Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records
- Coordinate insurance verification and billing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and in-person
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures during evening hours
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance for all patient interactions
- Process payments and manage financial transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare administration experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or Cerner a plus)

- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Valid New Mexico driver's license if required for travel
