Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support during evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA or LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
