Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and maintain service areas for peak evening demand
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with inventory management and stocking
Qualifications
- Available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) including weekends
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Reliable transportation to Beale Street location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
