Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during evening shifts.
- Log and manage customer support tickets accurately within our CRM system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer configurations, internet connectivity, and application errors.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing issues and critical tickets.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary, providing detailed summaries.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with diverse customer bases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and web browsers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically Monday through Friday.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
