Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor store inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized.
- Handle cash handling and returns with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the evening shift team to meet daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
