Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the evening shift team to ensure all operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock placement in the warehouse.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Train new hires on operational procedures, safety guidelines, and company software.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and communicate any delays to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Process paperwork, such as daily logs and shipping manifests, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail supervision is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking long distances.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
