Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service in a high-volume evening setting
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell specialty cocktails and seasonal menu items
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with positive solutions
- Participate in end-of-shift cleaning and restocking protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs)
- Strong knowledge of beverage service and food safety
- Excellent multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Valid Louisiana alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for evening shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be available 3+ evenings weekly (Thu-Sun)
