Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining high service standards
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
