Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu expertise and upselling techniques
- Process payments accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash security
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and restock supplies during shift
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Train on new menu items and seasonal promotions
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience preferred
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
- Availability for 3+ evening shifts weekly (4-10 PM)
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
