- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff during rushes
- Adhere to all alcohol safety and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Flexible availability (4-5 weekday evenings + weekends)
- TAMR or Florida alcohol service certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset
- Spanish language skills a plus
