Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with attentiveness and product knowledge
- Manage order accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced setting
- Process payments and maintain clean, organized station areas
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Flexible availability evenings and weekends (4-6 shifts/week)
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
