Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm professionalism during evening hours
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Upsell premium menu items and craft cocktails to enhance guest experience
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawers nightly
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food handling standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak evening rushes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or high-volume service experience
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends required
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Denver food handler certification preferred
