Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately process orders and manage table rotations during evening service
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff to ensure timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at shift end
- Maintain pristine table settings and sanitation standards
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism

Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for order accuracy and cash handling
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's License
