Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to 3-4 station tables during dinner hours
- Expertly manage food/drink orders and timing for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service flow
- Maintain pristine table settings and cleanliness standards
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium menu items
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Availability to work 4-6 evening shifts weekly (4:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service compliance
