Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Expertly recommend signature cocktails and Creole dishes
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries with local knowledge and enthusiasm
- Adhere to safety protocols during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ for alcohol service certification
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
