Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive customer engagement
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Process orders accurately through our modern POS system while maintaining order flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and contribute to overall restaurant hygiene
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant or customer service experience
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Positive attitude and dedication to teamwork
- Albuquerque residency preferred
