Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries during evening hours.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with back-stock organization.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of end-of-day displays.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
