Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and perform initial quality checks.
- Stock shelves, racks, and display cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize inventory in the backroom to maximize space and workflow.
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (FIFO).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in the inventory counting process as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM start).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and organization.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
