Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Bag items and assist customers with carryout needs
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of cashier or customer service experience
- Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to operate POS systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
