Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate company-provided POS systems for transactions and inventory management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays using provided equipment
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Safeguard store assets using provided security tools and protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate company-provided technology (tablets, POS systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Reliable transportation to Anchorage location
