Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
