Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and transport stock to the appropriate storage areas efficiently.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with new merchandise, ensuring product rotation and freshness.
- Organize backroom inventory to maximize space and streamline picking processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to the management team immediately.
- Collaborate with morning shift team members to ensure a seamless store opening.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and price checks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
