Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables per shift
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless food delivery
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Ensure immaculate table maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Complete opening/closing duties including side station setup
Qualifications
- 1+ years of fine dining/server experience preferred
- Flexible availability 4-5 evenings weekly (5 PM - 11 PM)
- NYC Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
